At Le Bihan, we roast and blend to create a harmonious balance between acidity, sweetness and bitterness in your cup. 60% Brasil to base the blend with body and sweet chocolate notes. 20% Colombia adding some citrus. Finishing it off with 20% Ethiopia to provide some funk and bite.
