In Store Pickup

We provide an in store pickup/click and collect option on all our online products. Depending on stock, items may take 1-2 days to be ready for collection. When ready, your order can be collected with proof of order during shop opening hours, which is usually any day of the week between 10am-6pm except for Christmas Day and New Years Day. Collection dates for Cakes and Made-to-Order products will be confirmed after your purchase. If you haven’t received a confirmation that your order is ready to collect, please contact us directly.

We use Royal Mail and Evri for our deliveries and are prices are based on the total weight of your order. You can find out the full terms of these services and current Post Office Prices for Royal Mail and Evri here.

If your order is required for a specific date, extremely urgent or time critical please call us on 07930 156520 or send us a message so that we can discuss options which may include guaranteed overnight or same day courier or in-store pickup.

Standard delivery may take up to 3 days to dispatch. The delivery timelines we quote are estimates and although we and our couriers try our very best to meet them we are, unfortunately, not able to guarantee them and do not provide credits or refunds if they are not achieved. Refunds

While we hope you enjoy your purchases from us, we do understand that sometimes things don’t quite work out as planned. For any perishable goods, we do not accept returns. While we do not refund orders which have arrived late, we do offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website which may have been damaged or arrived in an unsatisfactory condition. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back no questions asked. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase.
