We only use the best fairtrade chocolate and the tastiest, most ethically sourced ingredients that we can get our hands on. These words are not lightly spoken; our couverture is predominantly single origin (depending on availability and the fluctuations in quality of cocoa harvests) and always from a source that’s traceable and reputable.
We want it to taste good on the conscience as well as delicious on the palette.
As we have a working kitchen where we like to experiment with delicious flavours and textures, please note that it’s also a place where nuts, flour, milk and eggs are used.
