When you place your order with us, we’ll send you a confirmation email so you know we’re on the case. As with anything sent through the post, there may be a delay to delivery depending on the usual factors – bank holidays, seasonal busy times, and choc-quaffing post people.

To minimise any delays we only send chocolates one of two ways –

Royal Mail Recorded Delivery which currently costs £4.10

Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery which currently costs £6.22 (for orders before 12noon)

Any orders over £150 means the delivery is free.

Deliveries in the UK are usually dispatched within two working days’ and normally take 1-2 days to reach you, depending on the delivery options that you choose.

Outside of the UK, we’ll discuss the best way of sending the chocolates to you.

If you don’t receive the goods within the usual (and acceptable) time, we’ll do all we can to track them down. It’s rare that problems arise, but there are factors beyond our control once we’ve sent them, so we’re not obligated to give refunds if they’re lost in transit if they’re sent with Recorded Delivery, as it’s not guaranteed. Special Delivery is guaranteed and so is easy to refund. If you’re unlucky and they go awry, don’t worry, we can always work something out.

If you live in London, there is an alternative option, and that’s to pop to one of our stalls, have a chat and pick them up. (Hyperlink to stall locations)
